We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to grow our engineering team!

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be working alongside other remarkable developers who value clean code and creative problem-solving. We frequently look back and reflect upon our successes, failures, and challenges to help us make smarter decisions in the future.

Your role in our Engineering team gives you the opportunity to produce work with our partners and help shape the future of esports.

What you will be doing

As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will play an integral part in one of our cross-platform teams to ensure we ship innovative features with high quality.

You will:

• Expand our products and SDKs with new features, working with React, Node.JS, Next.JS, Github Actions, Kubernetes, and more
• Contribute to mentoring the team with best practices
• Take an active part in our software development processes including planning,  implementation, testing, deployments, and retrospectives
• Support our customers to help them build the best possible experience on top of the Znipe platform
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility to help shape the future of esports

Who you are 

We expect you to have many years of previous experience in related technologies and frontend development.

You are a reliable, high-performing individual contributor with a solid understanding of your area of expertise and manage to solve complex problems independently.

You are a good team player that quickly understands the need of the business and you are not afraid of taking initiative and spearheading various efforts yourself. As a Senior Engineer, you probably have past experience as Team Lead or similar, and do not shy away from coaching and mentoring others.

We expect you to have long experience in the technologies we work with:

• React and Redux
• Webpack and Vitejs
• REST and GraphQL API
• Node.JS
• Next.JS
• AWS and Kubernetes

Bonus Experience

• Passion and understanding of the gaming and esports community
• Previous experience working with products with global reach
• Experience working with Cypress and End-to-End testing
• Experience in video streaming and adaptive playback
